Mykola Murskyj

Camp Director

Mykola is a U.S. Presidential Management Fellow. He earned his Master in Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where he concentrated in International and Global Affairs. Mykola was a Harvard Belfer IGA Student Fellow and a Managing Editor of the Kennedy School Review. He has earned Master's degrees in physics from MIT and from the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics. He has played with the Taras Shevchenko Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus of North America, the sponsors of Kobzarska Sich, since 2008. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, particularly the raising and subsequent consumption of fresh tomatoes.

Anatoli Murha


Anatoli was first sent to Kobzarska Sich by his parents for a brief visit in 1991 then returned in 1992 and has been back every year. He became Administrator in 1996. Anatoli was President of the Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus (UBC) from 2000–2020, now serving as the ensemble's treasurer. He attributes his love for bandura to his father and growing up in the Detroit-area with the UBC. Anatoli is a graduate of the University of Michigan – Dearborn (undergrad) and Villanova University (MBA). He lives near Philadelphia, working for a credit union as it Vice President of Retail Operations and Business Development. He serves on multiple boards mostly related to assisting the greater Ukrainian-American community. In his spare time, he searches for anything and everything related to Ben Franklin, is obsessed with pizza, and travels with his wife (whom he met at Kobzarska Sich!)


Christina Hlutkowsky

Administrative Coordinator

Christina has been attending Kobzarska Sich since 2004 as a camper, counselor, and bandura instructor. She has been singing and playing bandura since age 10. Chrystia has taught private bandura lessons in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and at ODUM's Bandura Camp in London, Ontario. She holds a master's degree in Clinical Child Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University, where she is working on her doctorate. Chrystia is also a member of the Women's Bandura Ensemble of North America, and has sung with the Zorya Ukrainian Female Vocal Ensemble in Cleveland, Ohio.


Tania Smyk

Camp Counselor

Tania is a native Detroiter who first attended Kobzarska Sich (and loved it) in 2010. She has since had the opportunity to play bandura and sing year round, and is a regional member of the Women’s Bandura Ensemble of North America. Tania is currently pursuing photography and entrepreneurial studies at the College for Creative Studies. She has five years of camp counselor experience, and first worked as such for Kobzarska Sich in 2019.


Josh Oryhon

All Saints Camp Manager

Joshua Oryhon has more than twenty years of experience in the not-for-profit summer camp industry. He began as a Cabin Counselor at The Susquehannock Camps (Brackney, PA), where he was responsible for expert instruction in Hockey and Lacrosse. He eventually became a member of the Senior Staff and then served as the Head of Recruiting/Marketing from 2007-2018. He was responsible for Communication, Marketing, Public Relations and Alumni Affairs.

After relocating to Pittsburgh, PA with his wife Jordan, Josh joined the All Saints Camp community as Camp Manager in early 2019. He is responsible for Communications, Operations, Facilities, Food Service, Development/Fundraising, Marketing, Public Relations, Alumni Affairs and Pandemic Response as ASC takes its place as a world-class facility in the industry.
