Kobzarska Sich has spent decades cultivating a home for bandura, kobzarstvo, and the musicians who carry these traditions forward. As we look toward 2027, we're searching for a new Administrator to help lead the next chapter: someone who believes in what we do and wants to help our community grow.

You don't need to have come up through Kobzarska Sich yourself. What matters is a genuine passion for our mission: preserving the bandura tradition, instilling kobzarstvo in young musicians, and building a stronger, wider music community for years to come.
